Full Stack Engineer

About the role

You will turn a compelling prototype into a production‑grade system that customers actually run. This high‑agency, full‑stack position blends rapid field deployment with deep technical ownership, letting you shape everything from data models to AI orchestration.

Key responsibilities

• Own the application end‑to‑end, from validated prototype through launch, covering frontend, backend, data models, integrations, LLM orchestration, testing, deployment and operational plumbing.
• Translate on‑site business context into technical decisions, building intuitive AI‑powered experiences for non‑technical users.
• Identify architectural gaps, make design choices, and push back on solutions that won’t survive production.
• Create reusable components, patterns, and capabilities that accelerate future deployments.

Required profile

• 3+ years of software engineering experience with demonstrated ownership of complex systems.
• Strong full‑stack fundamentals: production React & TypeScript front‑ends and Python, API, PostgreSQL back‑ends.
• Hands‑on experience building LLM‑powered applications and practical knowledge of agents, RAG, tool use, evaluation and observability.
• Ability to balance urgency with a high bar for code quality, security, performance and reliability.
