Full Stack Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a Full Stack Engineer to build Sol’s AI‑native HR platform from the ground up. You will work on everything from backend services and APIs to dynamic, data‑driven user interfaces that power our early‑stage product.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement Kotlin/JVM backend services, APIs, and data models.
• Develop modern TypeScript front‑end experiences that adapt to each customer.
• Create conversational and agent‑mediated UI components alongside traditional enterprise interfaces.
• Define and evolve component and API patterns to ensure scalability.
• Leverage AI‑assisted development tools as a core part of the engineering workflow.

Required profile

• Strong backend experience with Kotlin or Java, including production‑grade services and APIs.
• Deep understanding of JVM behavior, concurrency, and data access performance.
• Comfortable working on the front‑end with TypeScript and delivering UI features.
• Ability to handle end‑to‑end feature development from data model to UI in an ambiguous, early‑stage product.
• Daily user of AI coding tools with proven fluency.
• Scrappy, curious, and eager to take ownership in a small, fast‑moving team.
