About the role

Springboard Collaborative is seeking a Full‑stack Developer to build and maintain high‑quality web and mobile applications that support its mission of improving literacy outcomes for underserved families. This remote position reports to the Director of Engineering & Quality Assurance and works within the Products & Services Team.

Key responsibilities

Design, develop, and deploy responsive web applications using React.
Build and maintain cross‑platform mobile apps with React Native.
Collaborate with product, design, and QA teams to deliver seamless user experiences.
Write clean, maintainable code and contribute to code reviews.
Troubleshoot and resolve performance and reliability issues.

Required profile

Proven experience as a mobile app developer and web developer.
Strong attention to detail and problem‑solving abilities.
Effective teamwork and communication skills.
