Full Stack Application Developer II

About the role

The Full Stack Application Developer II will design, build, and maintain enterprise‑class web applications for SMS group’s clients in the rolling‑mill, metallurgy and process‑line sectors. You will work closely with data engineers, UX designers, and industry experts to deliver high‑value software solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop robust, enterprise‑class web applications using C#, React, TypeScript, Kubernetes and Azure DevOps.
• Design and implement mid‑tier components of n‑tier web frameworks.
• Write and tune SQL queries, design data models and expose web APIs.
• Provide operational user support and partner with front‑end and database engineers for holistic feature development.
• Ensure code complies with performance, scalability, security and coding standards.
• Follow Agile development methodology and adhere to team architecture standards.
• Mentor junior team members and collaborate on design decisions.
• Interface with partners and customers for integration, deployment and troubleshooting.
• Maintain and debug existing systems, correcting application defects.
• Improve continuous integration and deployment pipelines.
• Perform on‑site commissioning, training and service of existing systems as required.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Computational Science or a related field.
• At least 3 years of professional experience in full‑stack software development.
