Full Stack AI Engineer – Agentic Systems (Remote)

About the role

FullStack is seeking a senior Full‑Stack AI Engineer to lead the design and implementation of agentic AI workflows for Fortune 500 and regulated‑industry clients. This remote, client‑facing position blends deep technical expertise with strategic consulting to accelerate AI‑augmented software development.

Key responsibilities

• Define and architect agentic AI systems that integrate with enterprise‑grade applications.
• Act as technical lead and strategic advisor for global clients transitioning to AI‑enhanced engineering productivity.
• Translate early‑stage generative‑AI prototypes into scalable, production‑ready MVPs.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver end‑to‑end solutions on AWS using containerization and CI/CD pipelines.
• Provide guidance on retrieval‑augmented generation (RAG) pipelines, vector databases, and orchestration frameworks.

Required profile

• 5+ years of professional full‑stack software engineering experience.
• Advanced English proficiency and a completed four‑year college degree.
• Proven ability to work autonomously, take extreme ownership, and thrive in fast‑paced Agile/Scrum environments.
• Strong problem‑solving mindset with meticulous attention to detail.
