Fulfillment Associate

About the role

We are seeking motivated, hardworking, and reliable Retail Fulfillment Associates to join our warehouse team. In this position you will handle daily warehouse operations, including picking and packing orders, processing returns, and organizing new inventory to ensure a seamless shopping experience for our customers.

Key responsibilities

• Pick and pack customer orders accurately using order lists.
• Fold and prepare clothing to ensure a high-quality unboxing experience.
• Tag and organize incoming merchandise quickly and accurately.
• Process customer returns and handle basic administrative warehouse tasks.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment.

Required profile

• Experience in apparel retail or warehouse operations (preferred).
• Strong sense of urgency and ability to thrive in a fast‑paced startup environment.
• Excellent attendance, punctuality, and accountability.
• Effective communication skills and a positive, can‑do attitude.
• Reliability, meeting goals and metrics consistently.
• Ability to travel to the South San Francisco warehouse Monday‑Friday.
• Physical ability to stand, walk, lift up to 50 lb, and perform repetitive motions for 8‑10 hours per shift.
