About the role

Applied Materials, a global leader in materials engineering solutions, is seeking a Fulfillment Allocation Coordinator to support supply and demand in a spares environment. The role focuses on issue resolution across key stakeholders, escalation of unmet customer requirements, and maintaining strong communication with both customers and internal teams.

Key responsibilities

• Understand supply and demand in a spares environment.
• Resolve issues across key stakeholders.
• Escalate and follow up on customer requirements that are not being met.
• Handle complex internal customer inquiries.
• Maintain excellent communication with customers and internal stakeholders.
• Develop understanding of customer requirements and relationships with internal customers.
• Develop knowledge of AMAT products.

Required profile

• Demonstrates conceptual and practical expertise in own discipline and basic knowledge of related disciplines.
• Knowledge of best practices and how the area integrates with others; aware of competition and market differentiators.
• Acts as a resource for less‑experienced colleagues and may lead small projects with manageable risks.
• Solves complex problems, takes new perspectives on existing solutions, and exercises judgment based on multiple information sources.
• Impacts a range of customer, operational, project or service activities within own team and related teams, working within broad guidelines.
• Communicates difficult or sensitive information effectively and works to build consensus.
