Frontend Developer

About the role

iPostal1 is looking for a skilled Frontend Developer to take ownership of its web‑based application. You will help shape the UI direction, architect scalable components, and ensure a high‑quality user experience across multiple workflows.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain complex UI features while extending a legacy codebase.
• Architect reusable, well‑documented component libraries for team use.
• Build intuitive, responsive interfaces optimized for all devices and browsers.
• Collaborate with backend engineers to integrate frontend components with PHP services.
• Lead or actively contribute to code reviews and raise quality standards.
• Identify performance bottlenecks and champion page‑load optimizations.
• Participate in frontend architecture discussions and advocate for maintainable solutions.
• Proactively surface risks, blockers, and progress to stakeholders.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of professional frontend development experience.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3.
• Production experience with React or Vue.js.
• Ability to read, understand, and extend existing legacy codebases.
• Solid understanding of responsive design and cross‑browser compatibility.
• Experience with Git‑based workflows, including branching, pull requests, and code reviews.
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
