Frontend Developer

About the role

Spatial Front, Inc. is seeking a Frontend Developer to create responsive, accessible, and high‑performance user interfaces for Federal Government web applications. You will work on‑site in Arlington, VA, collaborating with UX designers and backend teams to deliver mission‑critical digital solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop responsive, accessible web interfaces using HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and modern frameworks (React, Angular, or Vue.js).
• Translate wireframes and prototypes into functional user interfaces.
• Ensure compliance with Section 508 and WCAG 2.1 accessibility standards.
• Optimize performance, including load times, rendering, and resource utilization.
• Integrate frontend applications with backend APIs and data services.
• Conduct cross‑browser and cross‑device testing.
• Participate in code reviews and enforce best practices.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Web Development, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of frontend development experience.
• U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain or hold an active Secret security clearance.
