Frontend Developer – AI‑Forward Digital Experiences

About the role

The Medical Knowledge Group is seeking a Front‑End Developer to join the Sound Healthcare Communications team. This position sits at the intersection of technology, design, healthcare communications and emerging AI‑enabled workflows, creating modern digital experiences for pharmaceutical and healthcare brands.

Key responsibilities

• Develop new websites, landing pages, microsites and digital experiences for healthcare and pharmaceutical clients.
• Convert approved Figma designs into responsive, accessible, production‑ready HTML, CSS/SCSS and JavaScript with high visual fidelity.
• Maintain and enhance existing web properties across various platforms, including WordPress and React‑based environments.
• Write clean, scalable, well‑documented code and support styling across React components, traditional SCSS and custom CSS architectures.
• Code responsive HTML emails, digital banner ads and rich media units following industry best practices.
• Create and maintain Veeva‑approved digital assets such as CLM presentations while adhering to pharmaceutical compliance standards.
• Collaborate closely with UX, creative, editorial, account and development partners to deliver high‑quality digital work.
• Explore and apply AI technologies to improve development efficiency and digital experiences.

• Strong technical fundamentals with a high level of attention to detail in a regulated, editorially rigorous environment.
• Curiosity and adaptability to work with emerging AI tools and workflows.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross‑functional teams including UX, design, strategy and development.
