Front Office Supervisor – Hilton Garden Inn

About the role

The Front Office Supervisor supports daily Front Desk operations at Hilton Garden Inn Mount Laurel, ensuring exceptional guest service and smooth check‑in/check‑out processes. This position also acts as a leader on duty, upholding Hilton brand standards.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and support Front Desk Agents during assigned shifts.
• Oversee guest check‑in, check‑out, room assignments, upgrades and inventory management.
• Handle guest inquiries, requests and complaints, ensuring prompt resolution.
• Coordinate with Housekeeping, Maintenance, Sales and other departments to maintain guest satisfaction.
• Perform cash handling, billing, credit‑card procedures and daily audits.
• Serve as Manager on Duty when required and assist in emergency response situations.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree in Hospitality Management preferred.
• 1–2 years of hotel front desk experience; supervisory experience preferred.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.

Required skills

• Experience with hotel Property Management Systems (PMS) such as OnQ or Opera.
• Strong cash handling and financial accuracy.
