About the role

As a Sales Strategy Manager within PwC’s Front Office Strategy Consulting practice, you will partner with clients to design and implement customer‑centric strategies that drive growth and enhance experience. You will lead project teams, mentor junior staff, and ensure delivery excellence across the full project lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse client needs and develop solutions that improve the overall customer experience.
• Design and map customer journeys to create seamless, personalized interactions.
• Lead strategic planning and execution of sales‑related initiatives.
• Utilise customer data management and analytics to identify growth opportunities.
• Manage sales‑strategy workstreams, aligning them with client expectations.
• Develop and roll out customer‑engagement programs that boost loyalty and advocacy.
• Oversee deployment of satisfaction surveys and analyse results for continuous improvement.
• Coach team members, leverage strengths, and manage performance.
• Address conflicts and facilitate critical conversations with clients and stakeholders.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (minimum).
• At least 5 years of relevant experience.
• Preferred academic background in Computer Engineering, Information Cyber‑Security, Computer & Information Science, Information Technology, Management Information Systems, or Computer Applications.
• Demonstrated proficiency in Customer Experience (CX) strategy and design.
• Strong analytical thinking for customer‑journey analysis and segmentation.
