About the role

PwC is seeking a Senior Associate to join its Front Office Strategy Consulting team, focusing on Pharma Life Sciences Customer Analytics. In this role you will help clients improve customer experiences, drive satisfaction, and support business growth through data‑driven insights and strategic recommendations.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze client needs and develop customer‑centric solutions that enhance experience and growth.
• Design and map customer journeys to create seamless, personalized interactions.
• Utilize customer data management techniques to generate insights and strategic recommendations.
• Conduct journey analysis, identify touchpoints, and propose improvements.
• Implement segmentation strategies and manage satisfaction surveys to inform service design.
• Develop value propositions aligned with business objectives and collaborate on process optimisation.
• Guide teams in executing experience strategies and monitor KPI performance.

Required profile

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience.
• Preferable academic background in Computer Engineering, Information Cybersecurity, Computer Science, IT, MIS or related fields.
