Front End Software Engineer

About the role

You will join Candid Health’s product team to drive front‑end development, ensure UX consistency across the application, and work closely with customers to understand and solve their biggest pain points.

Key responsibilities

• Contribute to product development and maintain UI consistency across pages and components.
• Collaborate with current and prospective customers to gather feedback and shape solutions.
• Help define engineering practices and influence company culture.
• Select and maintain relevant front‑end libraries, tooling, and dev‑ops improvements.
• Build and maintain front‑end profiling, monitoring, and performance tooling.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Mathematics or a related field.
• 3+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Strong instincts for UX and design, with a customer‑first mindset.
• Clear, concise communicator who can explain complex ideas simply.
• Continuous learner who enjoys teaching others.
