Key responsibilities

• Answer and direct a multi‑line phone system with a positive, compassionate tone.
• Greet clients and their pets, ensuring a smooth check‑in experience.
• Maintain accurate medical records and update patient information as needed.
• Schedule appointments, manage the daily calendar, and coordinate follow‑up calls.
• Process payments, handle insurance paperwork, and assist with basic administrative tasks.

Required skills
