Front Desk Coordinator – Studio Experience Specialist

About the role

The Front Desk Coordinator (Studio Experience Specialist) is the first point of contact for clients at Peachy’s Williamsburg studio. You will ensure every client enjoys a smooth, educational, and welcoming experience while supporting clinical providers and the studio manager.

Key responsibilities

• Greet clients and manage seamless check‑in and check‑out processes.
• Collaborate with team members and clinical providers to deliver a best‑in‑class studio experience.
• Answer client questions about treatment options and promote after‑care products.
• Coordinate with the remote Customer Service team to maintain accurate appointment schedules.
• Uphold Peachy’s core values and foster an inclusive culture for clients and staff.
• Perform studio opening and closing tasks, maintain stock, and keep common areas tidy.
• Follow infection‑control standards, including hand hygiene, PPE use, and equipment disinfection.
• Adhere to HIPAA privacy practices.
