Front Desk Attendant (Part‑time)

About the role

FFC is seeking an outgoing, reliable, and coachable Front Desk Attendant to join its Oak Park location. This part‑time position provides the first point of contact for members and guests, ensuring a welcoming, clean, and safe environment while upholding the club’s core values.

Key responsibilities

• Greet members and guests by name, creating a positive first impression.
• Check‑in members, handle visitor registration, and act as a liaison with the Membership Department.
• Answer incoming calls professionally and address member questions, concerns, and complaints.
• Perform opening and closing front‑desk duties, including cash handling and balancing the drawer.
• Take payments as needed and ensure accurate transaction records.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and healthy environment for all visitors and staff.
• Participate in required department and club staff meetings.
