Aligned Modern Health is seeking a personable Front Desk Associate to join its Deerfield clinic. This full‑time position supports patients, providers, and the support team while delivering a five‑star experience.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain a clean, friendly, and inviting front‑desk environment for patients.
• Serve as the liaison between patients, providers, and support staff for scheduling, billing, and other needs.
• Consistently achieve scheduling success and contribute to a patient‑first, team‑based culture.

Required profile

• Patient‑first attitude with a commitment to five‑star service.
• Ability to collaborate, multitask, and thrive in a fast‑paced team environment.
• Energetic, outgoing personality; experience in sales, hospitality, or events is a plus.
• High school diploma or equivalent; flexible for non‑traditional hours including holidays, early mornings, evenings, and weekends.

Required skills

• Ability to lift up to 20 lb and perform frequent standing, walking, and reaching.
