Front Desk Agent – Resort Hospitality

About the role

We are seeking an enthusiastic Front Desk Agent to be the first and last impression for guests at Attitash Village, a resort undergoing a multi‑million‑dollar renovation and rebranding. You will work in a dynamic environment, helping families, skiers, hikers, and repeat visitors create memorable experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome guests with exceptional hospitality and manage check‑in/check‑out efficiently.
• Create, modify, and cancel reservations while handling phone inquiries.
• Recommend local attractions, restaurants, and activities.
• Respond promptly to guest requests, coordinate with Housekeeping and Maintenance to resolve issues.
• Process payments, maintain accurate records, and keep the lobby organized.
