Front Desk Agent – Guest Service Role

About the role

As a Front Desk Agent at Embassy Suites Phoenix Biltmore, you will be the first point of contact for guests, creating a welcoming atmosphere and ensuring smooth check‑in and check‑out experiences. Your role is essential to delivering the hospitality standards that Hilton is known for.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests upon arrival, verify reservation details, assign rooms, issue keys and provide welcome materials.
• Process departures efficiently, verify charges, handle payments, issue receipts and use the point‑of‑sale system accurately.
• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of hotel amenities, room types, rates, promotions and local attractions to answer guest inquiries.
• Promote hotel services and amenities through up‑selling techniques to maximize revenue.
• Respond promptly to guest requests, resolve concerns with care, and manage messages and communications.
