Key responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers and stakeholders to address urgent short‑term coverage needs.
• Assist with rapid hiring cycles where immediate coverage is required.

Required profile

• Fluent French language proficiency.
• Experience in recruiter‑type activities such as candidate screening and interview coordination.
• Ability to collaborate with recruiting and hiring teams.
• Comfort working on urgent, short‑term hiring projects.
• Familiarity with recruiting practices in Eastern Canada, especially Quebec.
