French Generalist Voice Actor (AI Training)

About the role

Alignerr is seeking native‑level French voice actors to help train cutting‑edge AI speech systems. You will record high‑quality audio and evaluate AI‑generated speech, ensuring the technology sounds natural and expressive for millions of French speakers worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Record clear, high‑fidelity French audio using provided scripts and prompts.
• Assess AI‑generated speech for naturalness, accuracy, tone, and expressiveness.
• Provide structured, constructive feedback to improve synthesized voice quality.
• Review and refine scripts to ensure they are natural and easy to deliver.
• Work independently on a flexible, asynchronous schedule.

Required profile

• Full fluency in spoken French (native or near‑native).
• Prior experience in voice acting, narration, audiobooks, dubbing, or similar audio work.
• Access to professional recording equipment and a quiet, acoustically suitable recording space.
• Sharp ear for pronunciation, tone, pacing, and vocal clarity.
• Detail‑oriented when evaluating speech quality.
