Freight Handler

About the role

Walmart is seeking a Freight Handler to join its supply‑chain team at the Palestine, Texas distribution center. In this full‑time, on‑site position you will play a key part in moving products efficiently through receiving, processing, order‑filling and shipping operations.

Key responsibilities

• Receive inbound freight shipments and verify contents against paperwork.
• Unload trucks, pallets, and containers using appropriate equipment.
• Process items for storage, order picking, and outbound shipping.
• Maintain accurate records of inventory movements.
• Follow safety and quality standards to ensure a clean and organized work area.

Required profile

• Available for full‑time work, including weekend shifts (Weekend‑4th, Weekend‑6th).
• Ability to meet or exceed the applicable minimum wage.
• Physical capability to lift and move heavy items repeatedly.
• Commitment to a drug‑free workplace.
