Truck Driver Nation is seeking motivated individuals to work from home as independent freight dispatchers. Both experienced dispatchers and entry‑level candidates are welcome, with training and support provided.

Key responsibilities

Communicate with confidence and professionalism with drivers and clients.
Stay organized in a fast‑paced environment while managing multiple loads.
Oversee 7–10 trucks, coordinating schedules and routes.
