Freelance Art Director

About the role

Milk Makeup is seeking a Freelance Art Director to shape and maintain its visual brand experience across all channels. Working closely with the Senior Art Director and Creative Director, you will drive concept development and execution for 360° marketing campaigns, from initial ideas to final launch.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with the Creative Director to develop brand expression, create shot lists, and provide on‑set art direction.
• Lead graphic design for campaigns and act as the video expert, overseeing concepting, on‑set direction, and editing.
• Develop and implement 360° creative strategies that support business goals across in‑store, print, OOH, digital, social, and video touchpoints.
• Collaborate with Editorial, Marketing, Product Development, and Visual Merchandising teams to deliver cohesive client experiences.
• Manage relationships with external vendors such as photographers, retouchers, illustrators, and CGI artists.
