About the role
LexisNexis Risk Solutions is seeking a Fraud Data Analyst to join its customer engagement team. You will work directly with large banking, financial, and e‑commerce clients, helping them deploy and fine‑tune fraud and identity solutions. The role blends consulting, analytics, and technical implementation to protect customers from financial crime.
Key responsibilities
- Review suspicious activity and complex fraud cases to uncover new risks.
- Analyze transaction data and build/adjust real‑time fraud detection rules.
- Deliver clear, persuasive analyses to both technical and non‑technical stakeholders, including on‑site presentations.
- Advise clients on best practices for ThreatMetrix DDP and other LexisNexis Risk Solutions tools.
- Maintain ongoing relationships with fraud managers, risk analysts, developers, and project managers.
Required profile
- Quantitative or technical degree.
- 3+ years experience managing large, customer‑facing solutions.
- 3+ years experience in financial services, banking, or e‑commerce.
- Proven ability to deliver analytics and conduct root‑cause analysis.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to prioritize in a fast‑paced environment.
Required skills
- Python (including pandas, scikit‑learn, matplotlib).
- R for statistical analysis.
- SQL for data extraction and reporting.
- Advanced Excel for reporting and analysis.
