Franchise Sales Representative

About the role

Del Toro Insurance is seeking a Franchise Sales Representative to drive the growth of its franchise network in Florida and Texas. You will identify, engage, and guide prospective franchisees through the investment process, leveraging the strength of a well‑established brand.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect and qualify potential franchisees through calls, visits, and presentations.
• Explain the franchise model, financial terms, and support services offered by Del Toro Insurance.
• Maintain continuous follow‑up with leads, guiding them from initial interest to contract signing.
• Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new franchises.

Required profile

• Previous experience in franchise sales, business development, or consultative sales, preferably in insurance or services.
• Strong commercial abilities: negotiation, closing deals, objection handling, and goal orientation.
• Excellent interpersonal communication, capable of building trust and simplifying financial concepts.
• Self‑managed time and contact portfolio, comfortable using digital sales tools.
• Proactive mindset, growth‑oriented, customer‑focused, and eager to learn.
