Franchise Sales Director – Remote (West Coast & Midwest US)

About the role

The Franchise Sales Director will lead outbound prospecting and relationship building across the West Coast and Midwest territories. Working remotely, you will travel extensively to meet independent brokerage owners, generate qualified franchise opportunities, and support the Regional Vice President in advancing deals.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct high‑volume outbound outreach via calls, texts, emails, and social channels.
• Travel 50‑75% of the time to prospect in‑person, attend industry events, and conduct market canvassing.
• Identify and qualify franchise prospects, building a robust pipeline for the Regional Vice President.
• Collaborate closely with the RVP, Sales Enablement, Marketing, Operations, and Shared Services teams.
• Provide market intelligence, competitive insights, and local research to shape territory strategy.
