Franchise Sales Director – Remote (SC, NC, VA, MD, DC, DE & PA)

About the role

We are seeking a Franchise Sales Director to lead franchise sales across the South‑Carolina, North‑Carolina, Virginia, Maryland, District of Columbia, Delaware and Pennsylvania territory. This 100 % remote role requires the incumbent to reside within the territory and travel throughout the region to meet prospects and support new franchisees.

Key responsibilities

• Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to negotiation and closing of franchise agreements.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified prospects and present due‑diligence materials to brand leadership.
• Leverage shared‑services, sales‑enablement and growth teams to improve funnel effectiveness.
• Use the company CRM to track pipeline progress and update deal status.
• Represent the brand in networking events, media outreach and regional growth initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 1–3 years of sales or inside‑sales experience with a focus on business development or management consulting.
• Experience in real‑estate or franchise sales is a plus.
• Ability to read and interpret financial statements and present business cases.
• Strong presentation skills, both in‑person and virtual.

Required skills

• Basic proficiency with sales CRM systems.
• Competence in Microsoft Office applications.
