Franchise Sales Director – Remote (CA, HI, AK)

About the role

We are seeking a Franchise Sales Director to lead franchise sales across California, Hawaii, and Alaska. This 100% remote position requires the candidate to reside within the territory and travel throughout the market as needed.

Key responsibilities

• Own the full sales cycle from prospect generation to conversion, meeting annual sales targets.
• Build and manage a sales pipeline, using consultative techniques to nurture relationships.
• Articulate the brand’s value proposition and growth strategy to prospective franchisees.
• Leverage CRM tools to track pipeline progress and update deal status.
• Collaborate with shared services, sales enablement, and growth teams to improve funnel effectiveness.
• Prepare due‑diligence presentations and guide prospects through the application process.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 1–3 years of sales or inside‑sales experience, preferably in business development, consulting, real estate, or franchise sales.
• Ability to read and interpret financial statements and solve business problems.
• Strong presentation and communication skills, both in‑person and virtual.
• Self‑motivated, entrepreneurial mindset with a focus on achieving quota.

Required skills

• Basic proficiency with Sales CRM systems.
• Competence in Microsoft Office applications.
