Fractional Mobile Application Developer (Flutter/Node.js/Python)

About the role

We are looking for a self‑driven Fractional Mobile Developer to design, build, and maintain cross‑platform mobile applications and their backend services. This part‑time position offers flexible hours and the chance to work remotely on high‑impact projects.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain mobile apps for iOS and Android using Flutter/Dart.
• Build responsive, user‑friendly interfaces and integrate them with backend APIs.
• Develop and maintain backend services and APIs with Node.js and Python.
• Implement scalable integrations with databases and third‑party systems.
• Troubleshoot bugs, performance issues, and deployment challenges.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, designers, and technical teams to define requirements and architecture.
• Support cloud deployments and ongoing maintenance.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of software or mobile development experience.
• Strong expertise in Flutter/Dart for cross‑platform mobile development.
• Proven experience building backend APIs with Node.js and Python.
• Ability to work independently in a remote, flexible environment.
