FP&A Manager – Strategic Insights

About the role

Roku is looking for a Platform FP&A Manager – Strategic Insights to join its Platform Finance team. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Platform FP&A, you will drive financial evaluation of Roku’s largest platform partnerships and translate platform performance data into actionable revenue insights.

Key responsibilities

• Own financial evaluation and performance tracking of major platform partners, monitoring growth, ROI and long‑term trends.
• Build frameworks to assess partnership economics and support executive decision‑making.
• Collaborate with Business Development, Sales and Product to model multi‑year profit and loss scenarios and integrate partner economics into forecasts.
• Prepare executive‑ready materials and provide finance insight during partner negotiations and quarterly business reviews.
• Apply a finance lens to platform performance, linking funnel analytics, UI changes and monetization strategies to revenue outcomes.
• Partner with Core Analytics to identify friction points and growth opportunities across the platform.
• Evaluate the strategic use of Roku’s owned & operated marketing inventory and recommendation tools.
• Translate platform insights into clear executive narratives that drive prioritization and investment decisions.

Required profile

• 8+ years of experience in strategic finance, FP&A, or related roles.
• Strong understanding of the technology, media and streaming landscape.
• Proven ability to synthesize complex data into strategic recommendations for senior leadership.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
