Founding Recruitment Consultant – AI & Infrastructure Startups

About the role

Vector is a specialist search firm helping fast‑growing AI and infrastructure startups build world‑class GTM and engineering teams. We are hiring four Founding Recruiters to shape the business from the ground up and drive revenue through high‑impact talent acquisition.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, engage, and place top talent for AI and infrastructure startups.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from prospecting to offer negotiation.
• Build and maintain pipelines of qualified candidates across technical and commercial functions.
• Collaborate with founders and hiring managers to understand hiring needs and market dynamics.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets through a commission‑based model.

Required profile

• 1‑3 years of experience in an outbound sales or commercial role (e.g., SDR, BDR, SaaS, logistics, recruitment, real estate).
• Strong desire to connect with new people daily and a competitive mindset.
• Self‑motivated work ethic with minimal need for supervision.
• Ambition to grow quickly within a high‑performance environment.
