Founding Product Engineer

About the role

Weave is building an AI‑powered platform that gives engineering teams a deeper, data‑driven view of productivity, impact and collaboration. As a Founding Product Engineer you will help shape the product vision and lay the technical foundation for a service trusted by 200+ customers.

Key responsibilities

• Define and own the core product roadmap and architecture.
• Collaborate directly with the CTO and CEO to translate customer insights into features.
• Build scalable, AI‑enhanced services that surface actionable engineering metrics.
• Drive end‑to‑end product development from concept through launch.
• Mentor junior engineers and foster a high‑impact, collaborative culture.
