About the role

Urrly is redefining how people connect with opportunity using AI‑driven recruiting. As a Founding Operator you will own both recruiting and client‑growth functions, driving high‑impact results for our early‑stage business.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end recruiting processes, leveraging AI tools to reduce administrative load.
• Develop and execute strategies to acquire and retain high‑value clients.
• Deliver measurable client outcomes that translate into revenue growth.
• Maintain a self‑directed work rhythm, often starting early and working extended hours to meet aggressive targets.
• Collaborate closely with the founding team to shape product and market direction.

Required profile

• Entrepreneurial mindset with a willingness to work 70–80 hours per week.
• Strong judgment, commitment to deadlines, and ability to produce excellent outcomes.
• Comfortable with early start times and weekend work in a fast‑paced environment.
