Founding Operator / Chief of Staff (Equity‑Heavy)

About the role

PROFID is building the global trust layer for the future economy and needs a hands‑on U.S.‑based operator to turn its early traction into commercial scale. This equity‑heavy founding position works directly with the founder to shape fundraising, enterprise go‑to‑market, strategic partnerships and the operating cadence of a fast‑moving startup.

Key responsibilities

• Lead fundraising execution: sharpen investor outreach, improve positioning, and increase the likelihood of closing the next round.
• Drive enterprise GTM: convert pipeline into pilots, contracts, and strategic customer relationships.
• Build operating cadence: establish prioritization, accountability, and early‑stage structures required for scale.
• Partner with the founder on high‑priority company‑building problems, including partner conversations, decision support, and special situations.

Required profile

• U.S.‑based operator with strong judgment, intensity and execution power.
• Builder mindset – comfortable working in an unpolished environment and creating processes from scratch.
• Experience in fundraising, enterprise sales, strategic partnerships, or early‑stage operations.
• Ability to work closely with a founder and move quickly across multiple functions.
