Founding Head of Talent (US Go‑to‑Market)

About the role

Omnea is seeking a Founding Head of Talent to lead US go‑to‑market hiring. You will own the full hiring cycle for sales, customer success and growth positions, building pipelines and shaping the talent function as the company scales.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute end‑to‑end recruitment strategies for GTM roles across the US.
• Map talent markets, run sourcing campaigns, and develop deep candidate pipelines.
• Partner with senior GTM leaders to define role specifications and success profiles.
• Screen, interview, and manage candidates through the hiring process.
• Establish hiring processes, coach hiring managers, and scale the talent function.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading talent acquisition for high‑growth technology companies.
• Track record of hiring senior sales, customer success and growth leaders.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to meet aggressive hiring targets.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
