Founding Full-Stack Engineer

About the role

Dryft is building intelligent systems that automate complex human decisions in manufacturing. As a Founding Full‑Stack Engineer you will design and implement the core decision‑intelligence platform that powers our customers’ operations.

Key responsibilities

• Develop scalable, data‑driven agents that combine agent‑based reasoning, mathematical optimization, and simulation.
• Build and maintain large‑scale, multi‑tenant back‑end services using Redis, Postgres, and orchestration frameworks.
• Ship end‑to‑end production code, covering backend infrastructure and basic frontend features.
• Collaborate directly with customers to translate product needs into technical solutions.
• Contribute to the evolution of the tech stack, including optional Clickhouse integration.

Required profile

• Passion for building interpretable, data‑intensive systems from algorithm to infrastructure.
• Strong product sense and enjoyment of daily customer interaction.
• Proven experience shipping production code in both backend and frontend contexts.
• Experience building multi‑tenant, data‑heavy platforms with Redis, Postgres, and orchestration tools.
• Willingness to work onsite in San Francisco (relocation and visa support provided).
