Founding Engineer: Agent Infrastructure

About the role

We are seeking a Founding Engineer to design and operate the core agent infrastructure that powers our people‑data platform. The role is ideal for a high‑agency thinker with 1+ years of production experience who wants real ownership and may aspire to become a founder.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build, and run APIs, LLM‑powered workflows, scraping systems, and large‑scale knowledge graph architecture.
• Architect and maintain production‑grade systems handling millions of API requests with focus on performance, cost efficiency, and reliability across cloud and Linux environments.
• Own projects end‑to‑end, from ambiguous problem definition through deployment and rapid iteration.
• Collaborate directly with founding leadership on technical decisions, roadmap priorities, and foundational architectural choices.
• Contribute to developer documentation, internal tooling, technical tutorials, and experimental builds that stress‑test our APIs.
