Forward Deployed Product Manager

About the role

We are building a Large Physics foundation Model to enable causal intelligence that can predict and influence physical systems. As a Forward Deployed Product Manager you will embed with our most strategic customers, turning our AI technology into reliable real-world results.

Key responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of outcomes for strategic customers, from initial engagement through production impact.
• Lead cross-functional deployment pods that include engineers, strategists and operators on both our side and the customer’s side.
• Spend extended periods on-site with customers to understand their operational goals and drive toward measurable success.
• Coordinate complex deployment activities, keeping all stakeholders aligned and moving forward.
• Translate field learnings into product direction and future deployment strategies.

Required profile

• Proven track record delivering high-stakes, complex projects for demanding customers.
• Exceptional cross-functional leadership ability to align engineers, operators and executives.
• Comfortable embedding with customers, including significant travel and on-site presence.
• Strong technical fluency sufficient to lead technical teams and earn their respect.
• Ownership, urgency and sound judgment when information is incomplete.

Required skills

• Technical fluency in AI/ML concepts and product development processes.
