Forward Deployed GTME

About the role

Starbridge provides a SaaS platform that surfaces public‑sector buying signals and connects them to go‑to‑market teams. As a Forward Deployed GTME you will act as a strategic consultant, guiding customers through the entire deployment lifecycle—from problem scoping and solution design to live configuration and hand‑off—so they can generate pipeline and revenue on their own.

Key responsibilities

• Architect Starbridge configurations that integrate cleanly with a customer’s existing GTM stack, including CRM and sales‑engagement tools.
• Lead discovery workshops with stakeholders ranging from individual contributors to C‑level leaders, translating requirements into concrete scopes and deliverables.
• Build and configure signals, bridges, enrichment, automations, and reporting within the platform.
• Manage each engagement like a project manager: create plans, set timelines, maintain regular check‑ins, and anticipate risks.
• Deliver hands‑on training and live build sessions, ensuring customers feel confident using the platform post‑deployment.
• Own revenue goals by driving adoption, stewarding renewals, and identifying expansion opportunities.
• Channel customer feedback to Product to help sharpen the platform.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience in implementation, solutions consulting, professional services, technical CSM/TAM, or related customer‑facing roles in B2B SaaS.
• Experience in investment banking or management consulting is a plus.
• Strong ability to translate half‑defined goals into repeatable systems.
