Forward Deployed Engineer

About the role

Join Sable’s engineering team to own end‑to‑end customer deployments of Aidan, the AI employee that interacts with users via voice, vision, and browser automation. You will work directly with customers, identify technical improvements, and deliver code‑level solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the engineer for a set of accounts, from initial scoping to live implementation.
• Build tooling that accelerates deployments, such as replay, evaluation, configuration, and integration components.
• Coordinate development work with the core agent team, providing reproducible cases and concrete change proposals.
• Translate learnings from each deployment into playbooks to streamline future rollouts.

Required profile

• Strong software engineer comfortable across backend, browser automation, and LLM‑based systems.
• Enjoys direct customer interaction and can lead technical discussions when needed.
• Has shipped software at a startup, as a founder, or in a forward‑deployed/solutions role.
