Forward Deployed Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a Forward Deployed Engineer to operate at the intersection of engineering, product, and customer operations. You will work directly with customers to understand operational challenges and build production‑grade software that solves those problems at the root.

Key responsibilities

• Build and ship full‑stack product capabilities directly into production.
• Design workflow orchestration systems, internal tooling, and customer‑facing interfaces.
• Create resilient, observable systems that coordinate complex operational processes across frontend, backend, infrastructure, and AI components.
• Embed with healthcare operators, billing teams, and executives to observe workflows and identify systemic bottlenecks.
• Lead implementations and deployments within large healthcare organizations.
• Translate ambiguous customer pain points into scalable product primitives and define new product lines.
• Influence roadmap prioritization through direct field exposure and partner with engineering and GTM teams.
• Diagnose failures in real‑world environments, build automation that removes operational burden, and ensure reliability under real constraints.

Required profile

• Strong full‑stack engineering fundamentals and comfort operating across frontend, backend, infrastructure, and data systems.
• Experience working directly with customers or operational stakeholders.
• Ability to move fluidly between deep technical work and business context.
• Thrives in ambiguous, high‑ownership environments and enjoys deconstructing operational chaos into software.
• Deep care for reliability, edge cases, and product quality, preferring root‑cause solutions over patches.
