Forward Deployed Engineer

About the role

Casca is building AGI for banking, replacing legacy systems with AI‑native technology that automates most manual work. As a Forward Deployed Engineer you will live in the customer’s world, embed with bank teams, and turn deep workflow insights into production‑ready software.

Key responsibilities

• Embed directly with bank underwriters, lenders, and operators on‑site to understand day‑to‑day workflows and pain points.
• Design, build, and ship AI‑powered features that automate and improve those workflows on Casca’s platform.
• Own the full product lifecycle—from problem definition through deployment, iteration, and migration from legacy systems.
• Feed field learnings back into the platform to enhance future deployments and shape product direction.

Required profile

• 1‑6+ years of software engineering experience.
• Proven ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business value.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a track record of driving initiatives from concept to execution.
• Strong communication and collaborative skills for working closely with customers and internal teams.
