Forward Deployed Engineer

About the role

Neuroscale is building an AI‑driven recruiting operating system called Arbi. As a Forward Deployed Engineer you will act as the technical bridge between customers and the platform, deploying production‑grade solutions that automate sourcing, screening, outreach and analytics for talent teams.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end customer deployments, from discovery and workflow mapping to go‑live and post‑launch optimization.
• Configure and customize AI‑powered recruiting workflows for resume screening, candidate matching, automated outreach, interview coordination, compliance review and reporting.
• Design, build and maintain integrations with ATS, HRIS, CRM, LMS, identity providers, email/calendar systems, job boards and other data sources.
• Provide technical delivery and support for enterprise, public‑sector and higher‑education customers.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to translate customer feedback into scalable product improvements.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a full‑stack engineer, system architect or founding/lead engineer.
• Track record of deploying production‑grade systems that scale in complex environments.
• Strong customer‑facing skills with the ability to understand business goals and translate them into technical solutions.
• Entrepreneurial mindset and comfort working at the intersection of software engineering, AI implementation and technical consulting.
