Forklift Operator – Warehouse & Production

About the role

Elevate is looking for a reliable Forklift Operator to join its warehouse team. You will be responsible for moving materials safely and efficiently while supporting production and shipping operations.

Key responsibilities

• Load trucks and containers according to shipping instructions.
• Unload incoming materials and store them in designated locations.
• Maintain a clean, organized warehouse following 5S standards.
• Inspect forklifts before use and charge or change batteries as needed.
• Monitor bundle packaging quality, identify defects, and take corrective action.
• Assist with other production tasks and process improvements when required.

Required profile

• Willingness to work overtime and weekends as needed.
• Previous manufacturing or warehouse experience preferred.
• Strong focus on safety and defect detection.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Attendance record at or below Step 2.

Required skills

• Industrial forklift operation.
• Forklift battery charging and replacement.
• Forklift inspection and basic maintenance.
• Reading analog and digital gauges.
• Calculating averages and interpreting product specifications.
