Forklift Operator – Warehouse Logistics

About the role

Join The Coca-Cola Company as a Forklift Operator, responsible for moving product throughout the manufacturing facility. You will ensure safe, efficient material handling while supporting inventory accuracy and compliance with GMP standards.

Key responsibilities

• Move product to and from trucks, racks, and designated locations.
• Perform cleaning and sanitation duties to meet GMP standards.
• Use portable computer terminals and laser scanners to record product movements.
• Execute inventory transactions in warehouse management systems and SAP.
• Conduct cycle counts, inventory audits, and resolve discrepancies.
• Maintain accurate inventory locations, monitor stock levels, and support month‑end reconciliation.
• Participate in continuous‑improvement initiatives for warehouse efficiency.

Required profile

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Valid forklift operator license (or certification within 60 days of start).
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.
• Willingness to work 8‑ or 12‑hour shifts, including overtime as needed.
• Capability to move materials up to 50 lb and lift to 10 ft.
