Forklift Operator (Night Shift)

About the role

As a Forklift Operator on the night shift you will support our warehouse operations by loading and unloading trucks, picking cases, and staging finished product for distribution. The role requires reliable attendance, flexibility to work overtime and weekends, and a focus on safety and efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Operate a forklift to load proper quantities of quality, damage‑free product onto trucks and unload incoming shipments.
• Use RF equipment and paperwork to track inventory, perform case picking, and stage product for release.
• Visually inspect goods for damage or defects and report issues.
• Maintain product bins, consolidate stock, and apply FIFO rotation methods.
• Work safely in varying temperature conditions and handle raw pet‑food materials.

Required profile

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• At least 1 year of forklift experience in a high‑volume distribution, manufacturing, or military environment.
• Willingness to work night shifts, weekends, and overtime as needed.

Required skills

• Forklift operation.
• Radio‑frequency (RF) equipment usage.
• FIFO inventory management.
