Forklift Operator

About the role

Enovis is seeking a reliable Forklift Operator to join its DFW Distribution Center in Fort Worth, Texas. You will play a key part in loading, unloading, and moving materials within the warehouse, supporting the company’s mission to improve patient outcomes through efficient logistics.

Key responsibilities

• Load, unload, ship, and receive warehouse items using industrial trucks.
• Transport materials to various locations within the facility.
• Optimize loads for operational efficiency and secure them before transport.
• Inspect vehicles for damage and schedule maintenance or repairs.
• Manage inventory using RF scanning equipment.
• Pick and wrap orders for shipment.
• Identify workplace safety hazards and adhere to safety standards.
• Follow production schedules and maintain accurate documentation.

Required profile

• High school diploma or GED.
• Minimum of 1 year of related experience.
• Valid forklift certification.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and maintain good physical condition.
• Mathematical aptitude, strong organizational skills, and attention to detail.
• Effective written and verbal communication.
• Excellent hand‑eye coordination.
