About the role
RLC is seeking a reliable Forklift Operator for a full‑time position in Wheeling. The role offers an hourly rate of $25.94 and a schedule that starts early morning, with shifts ranging from 8 to 10 hours.
Key responsibilities
- Operate forklifts safely to move, load, and unload freight.
- Read and follow manifests and shipping documents.
- Interact with computer displays to track inventory and job assignments.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Required profile
- Ability to bend, lift, and stoop without difficulty.
- Dependable and able to work in a fast‑paced environment.
- Previous forklift experience, preferably in a fast‑paced setting.
- Some experience with LTL (Less‑Than‑Truckload) operations is preferred.
